目的研究绩效考核在普通外科护理管理中的应用,有效达到各项的管理质量。方法依据普通外科岗位的护理职责,我院实施了绩效考核制度,根据2015年~2016年期间实行绩效考核的结果,评估护理人员与护理对象对我院工作满意度。结果在2016年基本的护理有以下几个:病危护理、整体护理、医院感染、书写护理文件与人员满意度,从中发现病房的管理分数完全大于2015年(P<0.05),我院实施绩效考核后护理差错大幅减少了(P<0.05),然而护理工作满意度显著提高了(P<0.05)。结论实行了绩效考核完全提升了护理质量、满意度和护理人员的业务水平。
Objective To study the application of performance appraisal in general surgical nursing management and effectively achieve the management quality of each item. Methods According to the nursing duties of general surgical post, our hospital implemented the performance appraisal system. Based on the results of performance appraisal conducted during 2015 ~ 2016, we evaluated the job satisfaction of nursing staff and nurses to our hospital. Results In 2016, there were several basic nursing care services: critical care, holistic nursing care, nosocomial infection, written nursing documents and staff satisfaction. It was found that the ward management scores were significantly higher than those in 2015 (P <0.05) and my hospital implemented performance appraisal After-care errors significantly reduced (P <0.05), however, nursing job satisfaction increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a performance appraisal completely improves the quality of care, satisfaction and nurses’ professional skills.
