目的总结自拟中药汤剂加西药抗痨药治疗肺结核的疗效。方法肺结核患者84例服用中药汤剂加用抗痨西药治疗3个月为一个疗程,二个疗程作总结,对照组76例仅服用抗痨西药。结果治疗组一个疗程痊愈18例,显效29例,有效37例;二个疗程痊愈45例,显效39例。对照组一个疗程痊愈2例,显效15例,有效28例;二个疗程痊愈16例,显效19例,有效31例,无效10例。治疗组效果明显好于对照组。结论自拟中药汤剂加西药抗痨药治疗肺结核疗效好。
Objective To summarize the curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction and western medicine antituberculosis treatment on pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 84 cases of tuberculosis patients taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction plus anti-tuberculous western medicine for 3 months as a course of treatment, two courses of treatment were summarized, the control group of 76 patients taking anti-tuberculous drugs only. Results The treatment group cured a course of 18 cases, markedly effective in 29 cases, effective 37 cases; 45 cases cured two courses, markedly effective in 39 cases. Control group, a course of healing 2 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 28 cases; two courses cured in 16 cases, effective in 19 cases, effective in 31 cases, ineffective in 10 cases. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Self-made Chinese medicine decoction plus western medicine anti-tuberculosis treatment of tuberculosis effective.
