对天然河川径流数量的评价是水资源评价的基础,随着社会的发展进步,人类活动对天然河川径流量的一致性影响也加大,对径流量的一致性进行分析是进行地表水资源评价的首要任务,其准确性将直接影响到水资源工程的合理规划和水资源的合理利用。但还原计算中,有些项目还原困难、精度不高及成果使用不方便、不符合实际等问题,因此很有必要对径流系列的还原方法进行探讨,以获得科学合理的径流系列资料。对河道径流的还原计算方法进行了简单论述,在实际工作中对还原计算中存在的有关问题进行了分析,并提出了“向后还原”问题的看法。

The calculation method of river runoff reduction is briefly discussed. The problems existing in the reduction calculation are analyzed in practical work, and the view of “back reduction ” is put forward.
