医院文化作为一种管理科学,它全面作用于调节医患关系,树立医院形象,体现医院价值观念以及管理水平,并反映医院的人文精神、理念等。医院档案作为医院各类活动和精神旨意的记录和传播的载体,对于医院文化的建立和巩固发展都有着越来越重要的作用。怎样以良好有序的档案工作来促进医院文化观念的变革发展,加快医院管理方式和文化理念的升级和转型,已成为医院档案管理的重要课题,也是医院基础管理关心的重大问题。
As a kind of management science, hospital culture plays an important role in regulating the relationship between doctors and patients, establishing a hospital image, embodying the hospital’s values and management level, and reflecting the humanistic spirit and philosophy of the hospital. Hospital archives, as the carrier for the recording and dissemination of various activities and spiritual intentions of hospitals, are playing an increasingly important role in the establishment and consolidation of hospital culture. How to promote the reform and development of the concept of hospital culture with a well-ordered archives work, and accelerate the upgrading and transformation of hospital management methods and cultural concepts has become an important issue in the hospital’s file management, and it is also a major concern for basic hospital management.
