新生儿心力衰竭(简称心衰)表现不典型,发展迅速,常在症状出现而未被认知前突然死亡。新生儿心衰一旦发生常无明显的左、右心衰之别而急剧发展为全心衰竭,因此早期诊断和及时处理甚为重要。我院自1980～1984年共收治新生儿病例4814例,其中发生心衰者262例,发生率为5.44％。据56例有完整资料者作回顾性分析如下。
Neonatal heart failure (referred to as heart failure) performance is not typical, rapid development, often in the symptoms appear before being suddenly recognized as a sudden death. Neonatal heart failure in the event there is often no obvious left and right heart failure and rapid development of heart failure, so early diagnosis and timely treatment is very important. In our hospital from 1980 to 1984 were treated 4814 cases of neonatal cases, of which 262 cases of heart failure, the incidence was 5.44%.
