首先,对农民工群体性事件的网络机理进行了分析:网络中心点是农民工中间有影响力的核心人物;网络线路是争取共同利益的农民工参与者;网络连结点是参与诱因。其次,阐述了农民工集体行动的网络特征:趋同性强、异质性低;地缘、亲缘性突出;网络强度紧密。最后,提出了对策:拓宽渠道保障公民有效参与政府评估;构建第三方联系组织;完善危机管理机制。
First of all, it analyzes the network mechanism of migrant workers’ mass incidents: the network center is the core influential among migrant workers; the network is the participator of migrant workers striving for common interests; the network connection is the inducement of participation. Secondly, it expounds the network characteristics of migrant workers’ collective action: strong convergence, low heterogeneity, prominent geography and affinity, and strong network strength. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward: to broaden the channels to ensure the effective participation of citizens in the government evaluation; to construct the third-party contact organization; to perfect the crisis management mechanism.
