根据国家机床精度检验标准,坐标镗床需检验十四个静态精度,其中一些项目对检验工具精度要求极高,使许多厂难以对这些项目进行测量。在测量实践中,我们找到几种既简便且在理论上也能予以证明的测量方法。即用低精度的量具,测量其中较难的四项检验精度,下面就简要地介绍一下测量方法,对其公式来源,本文省略。以下方法也适用于其它机床同类精度测量一、X、Y坐标的垂直度取四个大小相同,直径约30mm的四个圆柱体,如图1(a)所示,分别放在机床回转工
According to the National Machine Tool Accuracy Test Standard, the coordinate boring machine needs to test fourteen static accuracies, some of which require extremely high accuracy of the inspection tools, making it difficult for many plants to measure these items. In measurement practice, we found several simple and theoretically validated measurement methods.
