本文围绕加强员工队伍管理与创新的重要性和必要性进行论述,通过举例、借鉴国外经验等方法提出如何营造鼓励员工创新与员工管理创新的企业氛围,并从充分利用网络等资源提高员工的工作效率、建立公平竞争的员工队伍成长机制、建立以人为本的员工管理机制、注重加强部门及部门间的协调和管理、充分借鉴海尔公司80/20成功管理定律等几方面探讨提出充分调动员工创新的积极性和主动性的有效做法,希望能够在实践中为实现企业员工队伍管理创新提供借鉴和参考。
This article discusses the importance and necessity of strengthening the management and innovation of the workforce, and proposes how to create a corporate atmosphere that encourages employee innovation and employee management innovation through examples, learning from foreign experience, etc., and raises employees’ work by making full use of resources such as the Internet.
