笔者从事田径队短跑组的业余训练近十年,在短跑训练工作中取得了一点经验。近三年我专门进行了短跑训练中的跳跃练习实验研究,并进行了认真的分析对比和初步探讨,以期能对短跑的教学训练工作有所促进。 一、实验研究方法一 按照跳跃练习的性质,把受试者分成甲、乙两个组,每组10人。甲组为“短跳”组(以单脚的立定跳、立定三级跳、立定五级跳训练为主),乙组“长跳”组(以30米、60米、100米以上单脚连续跳和跨跳训练为主)。
