新形势对政府管理工作提出了新的要求,公务员队伍整体水平适应新要求不断提升能力素质,管理工作逐步呈现出知识化、信息化、网络化、综合化的发展趋势。为了努力适应新变化,通过教育培训,借助知识更新、能力更新,利用现代化手段大范围提高公务员的综合素质和能力,建立高效的公务员远程培训模式和相应的工作体系显得十分重要。本文以公务员远程培训工作为思考对象,立足行政学院教育培训平台,以提高质量水平为主线,旨在通过有效、高效的远程培训模式,利用好信息化手段,提高公务员的素质和能力,从而改善教育培训针对性,提升行政学院培训工作效果。
The new situation has set new requirements for government administration. The overall level of the civil servant ranks meets the new requirements so as to continuously enhance the capability and quality. The management work gradually shows a trend of knowledge-based, information-based, networked and integrated. In order to make efforts to adapt to new changes, it is very important to establish an efficient civil servant’s long-distance training model and corresponding working system through education and training, with the help of knowledge updating, ability updating, and using modern means to extensively improve the overall quality and capability of civil servants. In this paper, civil servants distance training as the thinking object, based on the administrative college education and training platform to improve the quality of the main line, aimed at effective and efficient long-range training model, make good use of information technology, improve the quality and ability of civil servants, thereby improving Targeted education and training to enhance the effectiveness of the training of administrative institutes.
