胜利油田埕北 2 1-平 1井是 1口重点科研试验井 ,也是国内陆上油田第 1口水平位移突破 30 0 0 m的大位移水平井。实际完钻井深 4837.4m,垂深 2 6 33.91m,水平位移 316 7.33m,造斜点位置 10 0 0 m,最大井斜 93.6°,水平段长 10 0 m,最大狗腿度 41.6°。介绍了固井中存在的技术难点 ,以及固井设计和施工过程中所采取的措施 ,包括套管摩阻分析计算 ,全钢旋流扶正器和单向回压阀等工具的研制 ,水泥浆体系的优选和现场固井工艺过程 ,为今后同类型井提供了借鉴经验。
Pingbei 2 1-Ping 1 well of Shengli Oilfield is a key scientific research pilot well and also a large displacement horizontal well whose level displacement of No. 1 port of onshore oil field has exceeded 30 000 meters.
