中共浙江中医学院第二次代表大会于十二月二十一日至二十二日举行。大会正式代表八十四名,列席代表四十六人。省委副书记、副省长吴敏达,省委宣传部副部长吴尧民,省教育委员会党组书记谭祖根莅临大会。在杭十三所高等学校的党委负责人到祝贺。吴敏达同志代表省委向大会致词并表示热烈祝贺。他肯定了上届党委的工作。他说,中医独具特色,中医学院为国家培养了大批中医人才。他希望在即将到来的新的一年里,遵照胡耀邦同志提倡的“顾大局,讲团结,重实效,比贡献”的精神,
The Second Congress of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was held from December 21 to December 22. The meeting formally represented 84 delegates and attended 46 delegates.
