目的探讨肺部弥漫性结节病变的CT表现及诊断。方法回顾性分析28例经临床及肺活检病理证实的以肺部弥漫性结节为主要征象的CT资料。结果8例血型播散型肺结核,其中4例伴有上肺空洞;4例矽肺;6例两肺广泛结节状转移癌;2例风湿性心脏病;4例结节病;4例Wegener肉芽肿。结论熟悉各种疾病的常见表现,结合临床和CT表现加以综合分析,才能做出正确的诊断。
Objective To investigate the CT findings and diagnosis of pulmonary diffuse nodules. Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 cases of pulmonary biopsy confirmed by pathology confirmed by diffuse pulmonary nodules as the main signs of CT data. Results 8 cases of disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis, including 4 cases of lung cavities accompanied by; 4 cases of silicosis; 6 cases of extensive pulmonary nodular lung metastases; 2 cases of rheumatic heart disease; 4 cases of sarcoidosis; 4 cases of Wegener granulation swollen. Conclusion familiar with the common manifestations of various diseases, combined with clinical and CT performance analysis to be able to make a correct diagnosis.
