前言水团的划分具有鲜明的实用价值。不同水团的交汇处称为混合带(俗称水隔),往往是鱼类集群之处。多年来,不少学者从事水团的划分研究,提出了一些方法,并且在大洋水团划分方面取得了较好的结果。对于浅海,有人企图把基于大洋水文特征建立起来的水团分析方法直接搬过来套用,其结果一般都不理想。过去在海洋水团分析中,经常使用的方法,如地理学分析方法,浓度混合理论分析法等等。有的只是定性分析,有的虽然能得到定量的结果,
Preface The division of water groups has a distinct practical value. Interchanges of different water masses are called hybrid belts (commonly known as water separations) and are often clusters of fish. Over the years, many scholars engaged in the research on the division of water masses and put forward some methods, and achieved good results in the division of the ocean water mass. For the shallow sea, some people attempt to apply the water mass analysis method established based on oceanic hydrological features directly, and the results are generally unsatisfactory.
