上海电线电缆(集团)公司是在国家经济体制改革不断深入的形势下,于1987年3月经上级批准成立的。2年多来,我们坚持不与乡镇企业抢饭吃,敢于去国际市场争高低、依靠科学技术进步和经济实力,采取了“三新、三加强”措施,即上新品种、上新水平、上新市场;加强全员出口意识,加强工贸结合,加强工技结合,不断开拓国际市场。回顾前一段工作,我们的做法是:
