一、安岳圆觉洞概况安岳县位于四川盆地东部丘陵地区,属资阳市辖区,西接资阳市乐至县,东与重庆市相邻,南接内江市,北连遂宁市,县城西距成都166千米。古代为巴蜀分治地,南朝梁时于此置普慈郡。北周建德四年(575年)置普州,并置安岳县。因治所建在铁峰山上,取意“安居于山岳之上”而得县名。1998年2月,成立资阳市,安岳县划归资阳市管辖。安岳县境内有大量唐宋时期石窟寺和摩崖造像,是四川唐宋石窟寺和摩崖造像的重要分布区域(图一)。圆觉洞摩崖造像位于县城南的云居山上~([1]),云居山山峰平面略
