可持续发展的各项目标,现已成为香港发展的主要考虑因素。香港房屋委员会推行公屋计划时,以关怀为本和顾客为本的精神,力求社会、环境和经济三方面需要统一管理并取得平衡,获得最佳的整体成效。在致力维持经济繁荣和提高生活品质的同时,减少相关活动对环境的影响,保护社会的共同资源,为后代缔造稳健基础。本刊特约香港特别行政区人民政府房屋署冯宜萱副署长介绍香港优化公营房屋发展的理念、方法、效益和成就。
The goals of sustainable development have now become the major consideration for the development of Hong Kong. When implementing the public housing project, the Hong Kong Housing Authority takes a care-oriented and customer-oriented spirit and strives for a unified management and balance among the community, the environment and the economy so as to achieve the best overall result. While endeavoring to maintain economic prosperity and improving the quality of life, we will reduce the environmental impact of relevant activities and protect the common resources of our community so as to create a sound foundation for future generations. Special Publication Hong Kong Special Administrative Region People’s Government Housing Department Deputy Director Fai Yixuan introduced the concept, methods, benefits and achievements of Hong Kong in optimizing public housing development.
