新媒体是新的技术支撑体系下出现的媒体形态,除自身所具备的特点之外,其所包含的隐性教育作用更是不可忽视。本文从当下最为普及的微信、微博两个平台出发,结合隐性教育的作用,分析了当前高校运用新媒体现状以及高校基层党组织党建工作中存在的问题及高校基层党组织建设创新的必要性,提出运用新媒体的隐性教育作用加强高校基层党组织建设的对策和路径。
New media is a media form appearing under the new technical support system. Apart from its own characteristics, the new media can not ignore the role of implicit education. Based on the two most popular WeChat and micro-blog platforms nowadays, combined with the role of implicit education, this paper analyzes the current situation of the use of new media in colleges and universities as well as the existing problems in the party building at the grassroots level in colleges and universities and the necessity of building grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities Proposed the countermeasure and the route of using the hidden education of the new media to strengthen the construction of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.
