新时期,工会作为由劳动者组成的特殊社会群体,为党和群众建立了密切联系的桥梁,在营造社会和谐与促进时代发展方面发挥着至关重要的作用。基层央行工会组织在面对着日益繁重的工作职责与复杂的经济金融形势时,怎样发挥自身的优势,在基层央行事业发展中有所作为是基层央行工会工作长久不衰的探讨话题。本文将着重从基层央行工会的工作基本理念及运作对策等方面进行探讨,目的是帮助基层央行工会组织的工作人员有效履行其工作职能,为工会的未来发展提供有力的保障。
In the new period, as a special social group composed of laborers, the trade unions established a bridge of close contact for the party and the masses and played a crucial role in creating social harmony and promoting the development of the times. When faced with the increasingly heavy job responsibilities and complicated economic and financial situations, the grassroot-level central bank trade unions have exerted their own advantages and made some contributions in the development of the grassroots central bank’s work. This article will focus on the basic concepts of the work of the trade unions at the grassroots level and the operational countermeasures. The purpose of this article is to help workers in the trade union organizations at the grass-roots level effectively fulfill their work functions and provide strong guarantees for the future development of trade unions.
