目的:探讨手足口病方联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:80例手足口患儿随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组予阿昔洛韦注射液抗病毒治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用手足口病方(糖浆剂型),比较两组患儿临床症状体征消失时间及住院时间,并比较治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白的变化。结果:观察组患儿退热时间、疱疹消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿后免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig M较治疗前明显降低,Ig A明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗后观察组患儿Ig G、Ig M低于对照组,Ig A高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病方联合阿昔洛韦治疗手足口病可调节患儿的免疫功能,缩短病程及住院时间。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of hand-foot-mouth combined with acyclovir on children’s hand-foot-mouth disease and its influence on serum immunoglobulin. Methods: Eighty children with hand-foot-mouth were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given antiviral treatment of acyclovir injection. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with hand-foot-mouth disease (syrup formulation) Two groups of children clinical symptoms and signs of disappearance of time and hospital stay, and compared before and after treatment serum immunoglobulin changes. Results: The antipyretic time, disappearance time and length of hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the immunoglobulin Ig G, Ig M Compared with the control group, the Ig A and Ig M levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hand, foot and mouth disease combined with acyclovir in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease can regulate immune function, shorten the course of disease and hospitalization time.
