本文采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)制备NiMn2O4纳米粉体。将NiMn2O4纳米粉体压制成型,进行烧结。对NiMn2O4纳米粉体烧结过程进行研究。实验结果表明:NiMn2O4纳米粉体的烧结温度比传统烧结方法低200℃左右。在1100℃以下的温度范围,烧结试样的相结构均为尖晶石结构。NiMn2O4纳米粉体烧结过程分为三个过程:(1)烧结前期(≤800℃);(2)烧结初中期(800℃~1000℃);(3)烧结后期(1000℃~1100℃)。在纳米粉体烧结过程中,晶粒生长不同于传统烧结过程。团聚体和成型压力对烧结试样的显微结构有重要影响
In this paper, sol-gel method (sol-gel) preparation of NiMn2O4 nano-powder. The NiMn2O4 nanopowder is press-formed and sintered. The sintering process of NiMn2O4 nano-powder was studied. The experimental results show that the sintering temperature of NiMn2O4 nanopowder is about 200 ℃ lower than the traditional sintering method. In the temperature range below 1100 ℃, the phase structure of sintered samples are spinel structure. Sintering process of NiMn2O4 nano-powder is divided into three processes: (1) pre-sintering (≤800 ℃); (2) sintering in the early middle period (800 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃); (3) sintering late (1000 ℃ ~ 1100 ℃). In the nano-powder sintering process, the grain growth is different from the traditional sintering process. Agglomerates and forming pressure have an important effect on the microstructure of the sintered samples
