中国石油天然气管道勘察设计院建设监理公司(以下简称监理公司)从1994年成立以来规模不断发展壮大,人员素质不断提高,装备不断完善,监理工程项目的建设规模越来越大,知名度也不断提高,经过三年的努力,目前,监理工作已达到了一定的水平,初步形成了以办公自动化、现场监理程序化、规范化和管理科学化的现代化管理体制。
