目的 :通过对糖尿病诊断过程中的检验项目进行研究,探讨检验项目在糖尿病诊断过程中的应用效果和意义。方法 :选用2011年1月至2013年12月在我院进行治疗的76例患者作为研究和观察对象。依据是否有糖尿病分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组为糖尿病患者,对照组为非糖尿病患者两组患者各38例。通过对两组患者的检验项目进行分析和对比,探讨检验项目的糖尿病诊疗中的价值和作用。结果 :通过两组患者测定值的比较,糖尿病患者的检验项目数值要高于非糖尿病患者,非糖尿病患者的血糖较为平稳。结论 :通过对梁祝患者检验项目结果的对比,其结果具有一定的差异性,可以看出进行糖尿病项目检验对于糖尿病的诊疗和病情控制有着重要意义。
Objective: To study the test items in the process of diabetes diagnosis and discuss the application effect and significance of test items in the process of diabetes diagnosis. Methods: From January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital for treatment of 76 patients as the study and observation. According to the presence or absence of diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was diabetic patients, the control group was non-diabetic patients in both groups of 38 patients. Through the analysis and comparison of the test items of the two groups of patients, the value and role of the diabetes test in the test items were explored. Results: Comparing the measured values of two groups of patients, the test items of diabetic patients are higher than those of non-diabetic patients, and the blood glucose of non-diabetic patients is relatively stable. Conclusion: By comparing the results of Liangzhu patients’ test items, the results have some differences. It can be seen that testing diabetic patients is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and disease control.
