血管扩张药用于肺心病的治疗,日益受到人们的重视。我们自1989～1992年,用酚妥拉明治疗肺心病心衰25例,疗效满意。现报告如下; 1 临床资料 本组病例男15例,女10例,年龄57～78岁,平均56.8岁。均符合1977年全国肺心病专业会议制订的慢性肺心病诊断标准,为急性加重期的住院病人。心衰均为Ⅲ度 2 治疗方法 2.1 方法与剂量 均选择有效抗菌素,并给予平喘、祛痰,强心、利尿和吸氧等综合治疗。如经上述处理症状无改善者加用酚妥拉明。剂量为10～20mg加入5～10％葡萄糖液250～500ml中静脉滴注(0.05
