为了搞清塔河林业局的森林资源,提出切实可行的林业发展长远规划、实行林业科学管理,真正实现已故周总理生前所提出的:“青山长在,永续利用,越釆越多,越釆越好”的林业建设方针。东北林业大学部分教师和林业83级学生,于1986年7月15日至8月27日,结合教学实习对该局进行了较全面的森林专业调查。在这项工作中,我们专业组的任务是摸清塔河林业局森林昆虫种群特点、种类、为害及其经济意义。为今后正确的指导林业生产和开展森林害虫综合管理,提出可靠的科学根据。
