食管癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,由于缺乏早期、特异、灵敏的诊断方法,大部分患者确诊时已属晚期,预后较差。目前,蛋白质组学作为一种新的研究平台,已经发现了一些食管癌标志物,并应用于食管癌的早期诊断,而且很多学者应用该技术正在进行新的肿瘤标志物筛选、肿瘤治疗以及预后等方面的研究,取得了显著的成果。本文对目前蛋白质组学与食管癌关系的研究进展作一综述。

This review summarizes the recent advances in proteomics and esophageal cancer.
