“国际公共艺术奖”是由上海大学美术学院与美国《公共艺术评论》杂志联合创办的评奖及论坛活动。首届由上海大学美术学院主办,第二届由奥克兰大学国立创意艺术和产业学院埃兰美术学院、山东工艺美术学院共同承办,上海大学美术学院是学术支持单位。2015年7月1日至4日,在新西兰奥克兰大学成功举办了第二届国际公共艺术奖颁奖典礼及公共艺术主题论坛。本次济南学术研讨会是第二届“国际公共艺术奖”的主要活动之一,
“International Public Art Award ” is a competition and forum organized by the Shanghai University of Fine Arts and the United States, “Public Art Review” magazine co-founded the awards and forums. The first is sponsored by Shanghai University of Fine Arts and the second is co-hosted by the Yilan Academy of Fine Arts, National College of Creative Arts and Industry, University of Auckland, and Shandong Academy of Arts and Design. The Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University is an academic support unit.
