在农村改革和建设的进程中,每一步都离不开基层组织的努力。当前,农村市场经济正在深入发展,如何引导农民进市场,更需要基层组织悉心研究,认真实施。调查中,群众提出了不少农村市场经济运行中需要解决的问题,其中有一部分是、村两级基层组织力不能及的,有相当一部分是与基层组织的工作有密切联系的。对于后者,结合我们的调查与分析,现归纳如下:
In the process of rural reform and construction, each step can not be separated from the efforts of grassroots organizations. At present, the rural market economy is undergoing in-depth development. It is even more necessary for grass-roots organizations to carefully study and conscientiously implement the guidelines to guide peasants into the market. During the investigation, the masses raised many problems to be solved in the operation of the rural market economy. Part of the problems were that grassroots organizations at the village and grass-roots levels were beyond the reach of the grassroots organizations.
