目的:比较健康人和不同阶段冠心病患者的血清乳脂肪球表皮生长因子8(MFG-E8)浓度,分析其与冠状动脉病变程度的相互关系。方法:选取经冠脉造影确认冠心病的患者295例,健康人对照176例。通过Gensini评分来评估冠心病严重程度,用酶免疫设备酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清MFG-E8浓度,用自动生化分析仪和自动凝血分析仪检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等其他相关指标,并进行相关分析。结果:与对照组相比,病例组的血清MFG-E8水平极显著下降(P<0.01)。急性心肌梗死患者血清MFG-E8水平显著低于稳定型心绞痛患者(P<0.05)。MFG-E8与Gensini评分和hs-CRP呈负相关(r=-0.590,P<0.05;r=-0.512,P<0.05)。结论:血清MFG-E8水平与冠状动脉病变程度和临床事件的风险性呈负相关,MFG-E8有潜力成为血管并发症的一个检测指标。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the concentrations of serum glutathione (EGF) 8 (MFG-E8) in healthy volunteers and patients with different stages of coronary heart disease (CHD), and analyze their correlations with the degree of coronary artery lesion. Methods: 295 coronary angiography confirmed patients coronary heart disease, 176 healthy controls. The severity of coronary heart disease (CHD) was assessed by Gensini score. Results: Compared with the control group, the level of serum MFG-E8 in the case group was significantly decreased (P <0.01). The level of MFG-E8 in patients with acute myocardial infarction was significantly lower than that in patients with stable angina (P <0.05). MFG-E8 was negatively correlated with Gensini score and hs-CRP (r = -0.590, P <0.05; r = -0.512, P <0.05). Conclusion: The level of serum MFG-E8 is negatively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease and the risk of clinical events. MFG-E8 has the potential to become a detection index of vascular complications.
