油田中转站集输过程中,各计量间来油经三合一容器分离出的天然气进入除油器,经处理后一部分供给本站加热炉自耗,一部分进行外输。由于这种方式处理后的天然气仍为油田伴生气,含水成份较高,给加热炉燃烧带来诸多影响,特别是进入冬季生产时,时常会出现熄火、燃气燃烧不完全、火烧炉体等现象,给油田安全生产带来不安全因素和环境污染。本文主要介绍了ZG—QT2002系列高效撞击式天然气脱水装置的原理、特点,以及在我站的应用情况,并对其优缺点给予说明。

This paper mainly introduces the principle, characteristics, application situation of ZG-QT2002 series high efficiency impingement natural gas dewatering device, and gives an explanation of its advantages and disadvantages.
