Objective To explore the application of nursing quality evaluation system in obstetrics and nursing. Methods 544 pregnant women who were hospitalized in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 272 each. The control group received traditional obstetric nursing management and the observation group received nursing Quality evaluation management mode. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Measurement data were compared using t test, count data were compared using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Compared with the observation group [(28.3 ± 8.5), (19.7 ± 7.8) min], the time of nursing in the control group was significantly shorter than that of the observation group [(16.4 ± 9.8), (25.6 ± 5.8) ) min], the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The quality of nursing (99.26%, 99.63%, 100.00%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.69%, 97.06%, 97.79%). The differences were statistically significant Significance (all P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of maternity nursing in the control group (81.3%) was significantly lower than that in the observation group (97.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The scientific system of nursing quality evaluation system in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, which has a positive effect on quality management of obstetrics and nursing.
