上海冶金局于1981年成立了由上海耐火材料厂和上钢一厂组成的中间包绝热板新技术攻关组。课题内容是:研制壁板、底板、保温盖板、接缝粘接剂、水口周围捣打料、发热剂、包衬永久层捣打料以及使用技术等。经过二年努力,该项技术已基本完善,满足了使用要求,取得明显效果。绝热板材质为硅质(配方见表1),采用加压振动成型,干燥后成为产品,产品的主要性能已达到或接近日本FOSECO公司同类产品的水平(表2)。
Shanghai Metallurgical Bureau in 1981 set up by the Shanghai refractory plant and a steel plant on the tundish insulation technology research group. The topics are: the development of siding, floor, insulation cover, adhesive joints, razors around the nozzle material, heating agent, the lining of a permanent layer ramming material and the use of technology. After two years of hard work, the technology has been basically improved to meet the requirements of use, and achieved remarkable results. Insulation board made of silicon (recipe shown in Table 1), the use of pressurized vibration molding, become products after drying, the main performance of the product has reached or close to the level of similar products in Japan FOSECO company (Table 2).
