研究目的在于评价两种疫苗免疫婴儿的血清学效果和接种后的反应。所用两种疫苗的滴度均为3.5LogTCID50/0.1ml.婴儿被随机分人接种E-Z0.5ml、沪1910.2ml和沪1910.5ml各组,3个组中和抗体阳转率、>200mlu/ml阳性率均无显著性差异(x2=0.189,0.886;P>0005);沪1910.5ml组血凝抑制抗体的阳转率、>200mlu/ml阳性率均高于同剂量E-Z组(X2=561,5.4;P<0.05)。免前未测到抗体者的中和抗体、血凝抑制抗体阳转率显著地高于免前测到抗体者(X2=7.09~36.907,P<0.01~0.001)。沪191和E-Z麻疹疫苗接种后的皮疹率分别为47.8%和16.5%,差异十分显著。未观察到严重不良反应。
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the serological and post-vaccination response of immunized infants in both vaccines. The titers of both vaccines used were 3.5 Log TCID 50 / 0.1 ml.
