2006年年初,国家相继批准了包括曹妃甸矿石码头、原油码头在内的《渤海湾地区港口建设规划》和首钢搬迁实施方案,以此为标志,曹妃甸大规模开发建设拉开了序幕。如今,曹妃甸正进行着一场前所未有的大型建设,各项工程相继开工,成为近期继客运专线后又一个工程机械大规模使用的热土,吸引了众多施工企业和工程机械大规模供应商的注意力。2006年4月初,本刊记者特地赶赴河北唐山曹妃甸进行实地调查,用文字和镜头讲述曹妃甸的工程概况和工程机械需求特点
In early 2006, the state successively approved the “Bohai Bay Port Construction Plan” including Caofeidian Ore Terminal and Crude Oil Terminal and the implementation plan for relocation of Shougang Group. As a result, the large-scale development and construction of Caofeidian started. Today, Caofeidian is undergoing an unprecedented large-scale construction. Various projects have been started one after another and become the hot spot for the large-scale use of construction machinery following the Passenger Dedicated Line.
