商州市位于陕西省东南部秦岭东段南麓,地处丹江上游,地形复杂,资源丰富,是商洛地区政治、经济、文化和交通的中心。建国以来,全市人民坚持治山治水、修地造田,在水土保持工作中取得了很大成就。但是,近几年的开矿、办厂、采石、修路、建房等事业的蓬勃兴起,加之过量采伐林木,毁林毁草,陡坡耕种等不合理的开发利用,带来了十分严重的新的水土流失,危害极其严重。
Located in the south foot of the eastern section of Qinling southeast of Shaanxi Province, Shangzhou is located in the upper reaches of Danjiang River with complicated terrain and rich resources. It is the center of politics, economy, culture and transportation in Shangluo. Since the founding of the People’s Republic, the people in the whole city have persisted in governing the mountains and water and cultivating the fields, and made great achievements in water and soil conservation. However, the booming of mines, factories, quarries, roads and housing construction in recent years, combined with the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of trees such as over-harvesting, deforestation and grassland cultivation, and steep-slope cultivation, have brought about very serious New soil and water loss, the damage is extremely serious.
