目的控制跨科收治病人,实行病种专科专治有利于病人和医院。方法病案编码员、质检员,病案室领导与医务科共同把关,控制跨科收病人。结果以病案室监控为主,医务科协助把关的方法,能有效控制跨科收病人的现象。结论现行的医疗体制下要控制跨科收病人有一定困难,引入病案室管理把关为主的模式,实行病种专科专治,是控制跨科收病人的好方法。
Objective To control the interdisciplinary admission and treatment of patients, and to implement specialized treatment of diseases to benefit patients and hospitals. Methods Coding coders, quality inspectors, medical record room leaders and medical departments jointly check and control cross-doctrine patients. The results were mainly monitored by the medical record room, and the medical department assisted in the method of checking, which can effectively control the phenomenon of interdisciplinary patients. Conclusion It is difficult to control interdisciplinary patients under the current medical system. Introducing the mode of management in the case-based management system and specializing in special diseases is a good way to control interdisciplinary patients.
