目的 追踪不同微肥对益母草生长和总生物碱积累的调控效应。方法:采用分光光度法测定益母草总生物碱含量。结果:不同浓度的微肥对益母草的生长都有不同程度的促进作用,特别是正常浓度的锰肥和过量浓度的铜肥,能显著提高益母草的单位产量,增产幅度分别达43.6% 和55 .2% 。不同浓度的微肥都能提高益母草内总生物碱含量,其中,正常浓度的锰肥和过量浓度的硼肥,处理效果最佳,益母草内总生物碱含量分别达2 .15% 和2.09% 。正常浓度的锰肥和铜肥对益母草安全越夏,抗性优势最为明显;铁肥处理的益母草,越夏后单位产量有明显的提高。结论:喷施正常浓度的锰肥,对优质、高产益母草的栽培,具有重要的实践意义。
OBJECTIVE: To track the regulation of growth and total alkaloid accumulation in Leonurus by different micronutrients. Methods: The total alkaloids content of Leonurus was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: Different concentrations of trace fertilizers promoted the growth of Motherwort to some extent. Especially, the normal Mn fertilizers and the excess Cu fertilizers could significantly increase the yield of Motherwort by 43.6% and 55. 2%. Different concentrations of trace fertilizers can increase the total alkaloids content in the motherwort, among them, the normal concentration of manganese fertilizer and excess concentration of boron fertilizer, the best treatment effect, the total alkaloid content of Leonurus reached 2. 15% and 2.09%. The normal concentration of manganese fertilizer and copper fertilizer on Motherwort safe summer, the most obvious resistance advantage; iron fertilizer treatment of Motherwort, the summer after the unit output has been significantly improved. Conclusion: The application of normal fertilization of manganese fertilizer has important practical significance for the cultivation of high quality and high yield motherwort.
