用QZS-Ⅲ型自动视野计阈值检查法与投影视野计检查法检查可疑青光眼52例(104眼),并就其检出效果作对照分析。自动视野计检出86眼有视野改变,其中青光眼早期视野改变75眼,非青光眼视野改变(生理盲点扩大)11眼,未查出视野改变为18眼;投影视野计检查仅32眼查出青光眼早期视野改变,未查出视野改变72眼。根据临床观察并结合患者眼压、房角、激发试验和视乳头的情况,自动视野计检查组有34眼诊断为青光眼,而投影视野计检查组有14眼诊断为青光眼,两者比较有显著性差异。说明自动视野计敏锐度强,可及时为可疑青光眼和早期青光眼的诊断提供重要依据。
52 cases (104 eyes) of suspicious glaucoma were examined by QZS-Ⅲ automatic threshold examination and projection visual field test, and the control effect was analyzed. There were 86 eyes with autoproscope visual field changes, including glaucoma in the early visual field changes in 75 eyes, non-glaucomatous visual field changes (physiological blind spot enlargement) in 11 eyes, unidentified visual field changes to 18 eyes; projection field of view only 32 eyes found glaucoma Early vision change, did not detect changes in vision 72 eyes. According to the clinical observation and combined with the intraocular pressure, angle, excitation test and optic nerve, 34 cases were diagnosed as glaucoma in the auto-field test group and 14 eyes were diagnosed as glaucoma in the projection-field test group Sex differences. Description of autostars keen acuity, can be timely for the diagnosis of suspected glaucoma and early glaucoma provide an important basis.
