提出一种利用采暖负荷调度进行等效平滑风电出力波动的方法。考虑供热机组的爬坡速率,选择抽凝式热电联产机组和电厂侧集中式水源热泵作为联合热源。通过建立数学模型,以等效并网风电出力波动最小为目标函数;将热源与采暖终端用户之间的供暖热水管道传输距离转换为传输时间,并将其作为采暖负荷调度的关键变量。通过仿真计算显示,可取得较好的风电出力平滑效果,验证了所提出的利用采暖负荷调度等效平滑风电出力方法的合理性。
A method of equivalently smoothing wind power output fluctuation using heating load dispatch is proposed. Considering the climbing rate of the heating unit, the condensing cogeneration unit and the centralized water source heat pump on the power plant side are selected as the joint heat source. By establishing a mathematical model, the objective function is to minimize the fluctuation of the equivalent wind power output. The transmission distance between the heating source and the heating end user is converted into the transmission time and used as the key variable of the heating load dispatch. The simulation results show that the smoothing effect of wind power output can be obtained, and the rationality of the proposed method of equivalent smoothing wind power output using heating load dispatch is verified.
