目的:调查长兴地区0~5岁婴幼儿骨健康状况。方法:使用骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)试剂盒对2009~2010年来长兴妇幼保健院门诊就诊的2 540例0~5岁婴幼儿进行检测。结果:在2 540例0~5岁婴幼儿中,BAP活性正常的1 215例,占总人数的47.83%;BAP活性处于预防水平的1 196例,占总人数的47.09%;BAP活性处于治疗水平的129例,占总人数的5.08%。结论:长兴地区约50.00%的婴幼儿骨骼处于亚健康状态,易患佝偻病,需及早预防。
Objective: To investigate the bone health status of infants and young children aged 0 ~ 5 in Changxing. Methods: Totally 2 540 cases of infants and children aged 0-5 years old were treated in Changchun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2009 to 2010 with the bone-derived alkaline phosphatase (BAP) kit. Results: Among 215 540 infants and young children aged 0-5 years, 1 215 cases with normal BAP activity accounted for 47.83% of the total, 1 196 cases with BAP activity at precaution level, accounting for 47.09% of the total, BAP activity was in treatment The level of 129 cases, the total number of 5.08%. CONCLUSION: About 50.00% of infants and young children in Changxing are in sub-healthy state, susceptible to rickets, and need early prevention.
