被跨国汽车公司器重的华人不多,但台湾人沈英铨算一个。三年半以前,沈英铨被福特派到业绩平平的合资公司长安福特马自达担任总裁。那是这家成立于2001年的公司首次启用中国人当总裁,也是他感觉压力最重的一段时间。但这并不是沈第一次被赋予重任,之前他就曾经结束福特六和(福特在台湾的合资公司)连续35年由外国人当总裁的历史。“我要证明,中国市场最好有更多中国人的决策在里面。”他说。
