为了贯彻中央提出的“经济建设必须依靠科学技术,科学技术工作必须面向经济建设、必须为振兴国民经济服务”的方针,我国的科技力量正向经济建设主战场转移。这种转移的主要表现之一就是科研单位与企业之间的各种形式的联合。这一联合不但使企业的技术改造和生产水平得到提高,同时由于有了切实的用武之地和得到相应的经费收入,也给研究所自身的发展注入了活力。中国科学院感光化学研究所在与企业联合方面主要采取了三种方式:
In order to implement the principle of “the economic construction must rely on science and technology, the scientific and technological work must be geared to economic development, and must serve the revitalization of the national economy” put forward by the Central Government, China’s scientific and technological forces are shifting to the main battlefield of economic construction.
