2014年2月14日,国家出版基金规划管理办公室公布了2014年度“国家出版基金”资助项目名单,国家社科基金2007年重点项目“中国新闻法制发展史研究”最终成果《中国新闻法制通史》(8卷本)得以进入此名单,获得“国家出版基金”资助。“中国新闻法制发展史研究”由中国新闻史学会个人理事、南京师范大学倪延年教授担任负责人,计划于2014年12月完成。其成果《中国新闻法制通史》共计八卷,包括古代卷、现代卷、当代卷、港澳台卷、年表卷、索引卷、史料卷一、史料卷二,总字数400万余字。
