目的 探讨前列腺术后出血的原因及处理措施。方法 对 1 985年以来诊治的 2 1例前列腺术后出血患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 前列腺术后出血原因除外病人凝血机制异常等 ,前列腺供血动脉位置深在及手术操作不当是其主要原因。经全身支持、处理血块、髂内动脉结扎、髂内动脉栓塞等治疗 ,均康复出院。结论 前列腺术后大出血病人 ,在处理血块的同时行双侧髂内动脉结扎或栓塞治疗 ,是急诊处理的有效方法 ,术中正确处理也是预防术后出血的重要环节。
Objective To investigate the causes of postoperative bleeding in prostate and the treatment measures. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with postoperative prostate hemorrhage diagnosed and treated since 1985 were analyzed. Results Prostate bleeding causes other than the abnormal coagulation mechanism of patients, the location of the prostatic artery and deep surgical operation is the main reason. After systemic support, treatment of blood clots, internal iliac artery ligation, internal iliac artery embolization and other treatment, were discharged. Conclusions In patients with massive hemorrhage after prostatectomy, ligation or embolization of bilateral internal iliac arteries is the best way to deal with blood clots. It is an effective method for emergency treatment. Correct treatment in the operation is also an important part of preventing postoperative bleeding.
