通过对铁路客运专线建设的各阶段投资控制的分析,提出了投资控制中存在问题的解决措施,以期有效控制、管理铁路客运专线建设投资,使投资效益最大化。
Through the analysis of investment control in each phase of the construction of railway passenger dedicated line, the solution to the existing problems in investment control is put forward, in order to effectively control and manage the construction investment of railway passenger dedicated line and maximize the investment benefit.
