目的了解泉州市区德国小蠊对5种常用杀虫剂的敏感性,指导科学、合理地使用杀虫剂。方法现场采集泉州市区的德国小蠊,用药膜接触法检测。结果德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威和毒死蜱的KT50分别是25.95min、20.18min、48.89min、13.87min、59.80min;其相对应的抗药性系数(R)分别为4.60、3.03、7.28、1.56、2.67。其中高效氯氰菊酯和残杀威72h死亡率分别为86.7%和93.3%,其余药物为100%。结论泉州市区德国小蠊对残杀威和毒死蜱敏感,对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯已产生低度抗药性,对氯菊酯已产生中度抗药性。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of Blattella germanica to five kinds of commonly used insecticides in Quanzhou, and to guide the scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods The Blattella germanica collected in Quanzhou was collected on site and detected by membrane contact method. Results KT50 of Periplaneta americana to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, permethrin, propoxur and chlorpyrifos were 25.95min, 20.18min, 48.89min, 13.87min and 59.80min, respectively. The corresponding resistance coefficient (R) Respectively, 4.60,3.03,7.28,1.56,2.67. Among them, the 72h mortality rates of beta-cypermethrin and propoxur were 86.7% and 93.3%, respectively, with the remaining 100%. Conclusion The Blattella germanica in Quanzhou is sensitive to propoxur and chlorpyrifos, has low resistance to beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin, and has a moderate resistance to permethrin.
