应用Nd：YAG激光治疗膀胱肿瘤46例。随访1．6年，皆无原位肿瘤复发。认为术后早期膀胱灌注化疗，对较大的肿瘤宜经尿道加用电切Nd：YAG激光治疗时出血少，安全，有效。
Application of Nd: YAG Laser in Treatment of 46 Cases of Bladder Tumors. Follow-up 1.6 years, no tumor recurrence in situ. That postoperative early bladder chemotherapy, larger tumors should be treated by transurethral excision of Nd: YAG laser less bleeding, safe and effective.
