冲压车间是机械工厂的高噪声车间之一。大量的剪冲设备在生产运转过程中所产生的强烈噪声,危害工人健康,影响生产效率,干扰环境的安宁。因此,对冲压车间的噪声问题应给予足够的重视,进行必要的调查研究,寻找合理的控制措施。我们曾对上海电机厂、哈尔滨电机厂等七个工厂的冲压车间(或工段)作过实测,其噪声水平均在90dB(A)以上。本文就冲压车间噪声的声源分析、评价标准和控制方法等问题分述于后。
The press shop is one of the high-noise workshops in a machine shop. A large number of shearing equipment in the production and operation of the strong noise generated during the process, endangering the health of workers, affecting production efficiency, disruption of the environment. Therefore, the noise of the press shop should pay enough attention to carry out the necessary investigations and studies, to find a reasonable control measures. We have made actual measurements on the stamping shop (or section) at seven factories including Shanghai Electric Machinery Factory and Harbin Electric Machinery Factory, all of which have noise levels above 90dB (A). This article on the press shop noise source analysis, evaluation criteria and control methods and other issues are described later.
