Introduction Nearly 10 years, rapid development of gas lasers, a wide range of applications, has always been the most active of all types of lasers. Excimer lasers occupy the band from visible light to vacuum ultraviolet, which is an effective laser source to extend the ultraviolet region of the electromagnetic spectrum. Far-infrared light pump gas laser in more than a dozen microns to 2 millimeters produced more than a thousand lines, to fill the gap between infrared and millimeter waves.
