物资供应是国有企业经营活动中不可或缺的重要环节。随着市场竞争的日益激烈,现代国有企业面临愈来愈严峻的压力和挑战。因此,物资供应工作如何更科学、更全面、更系统的实现高效、节约和顺畅,需要我们去认真思考和进行研究[1]。本文通过对物资管理工作进行了探讨,探索物资供应的新理念、新方法,完善物资管理制度,加强物资管理工作的规范化、标准化、国际化,以期提高国有企业的市场竞争力。
Material supply is an indispensable and important link in the operation of state-owned enterprises. With the increasingly fierce market competition, the modern state-owned enterprises are facing more and more severe pressure and challenges. Therefore, how to supply materials more scientifically, more comprehensively, more systematically and efficiently, economically and smoothly requires us to think seriously and conduct research [1]. This article explores material management, explores new concepts and new methods of material supply, improves material management system, and standardizes, standardizes and internationalizes material management work so as to improve the market competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
